Rock Bound’s Almost Ready

Wow! It seems like forever since Rock Bound was last in print, so it’s almost like giving birth to my first book all over again. Officially, I don’t know this, but since I’m also an editor for Red Rose Press™, I know that we have a tentative release date of November 6, 2008. That date is mainly dependent on getting through the editing process and getting the cover art done. Well, I saw the e-mail in which my line editor (who apparently did not find anything that I needed to change) uploaded the final version of the manuscript to the web-mistress for formatting. So, we’re pretty much through the editing process. As for the artwork, you can see for yourself. I’ve just approved the cover art!

I’d like to thank Shaiha Williams for once again doing a wonderful job editing Rock Bound, as well as Marteeka Karland, my incredible cover-artist. And while I’m thanking people, I’d like to thank Alexzander Jones, my brilliant grandson, who helped me with a couple of plot points when I got stuck.

My next project will be to put together a You-Tube trailer and I’m sure I’ll be chatting here and there. I may also set up a blog or two for Annie, Jake, and the gang on the Moon so that they can chat about life up there. Here's an excerpt from Rock Bound:
